Lee's study of the martial and healing and meditative aspects of internal arts began in 1962 with wrestling in High School and due to environmental necessities, street fighting. At age 19 he entered the US Army, becoming a Green Beret where among many things, he was trained in knife/hand-to-hand fighting, Shotokan Karate and battlefield medicine. Lee trained and led Indo-Burmese tribal warriors in guerilla warfare in Laos and Cambodia during the Vietnam war. (see www.onetao.com)

Lee's first understood experience with 'chi' was while studying Kung Fu in Boulder, Colorado with Sifu Art Gitland in 1974-'76. In 1977 Lee began his study of Tai Chi with Professor Steve Katz a student of Cheng Man Ching.

Lee started studying with Taoist Master B. K. Frantzis in 1979 and began in-depth practices of nei gung, Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang and meditation. Lee continues his studies with Master Frantzis.

During Lee's time in Denver, Colorado he studied Ba Gua Zhang, Chen and Yang fighting tai chi with Master Bing Kai Lee from 1991 to 1996. From 1994-1996 Lee intensively studied Hsing Yi with Master Mike Bingo of Tang Shou Tao.

Lee also studies with Bernie Langan of  "Stillness in Motion" and Frank Allen of  "Wu Tang PCA"

Lee studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder from 1976-1980, majoring in Physics. He worked at the Department of Commerce conducting experiments into the nature of time/space. It is Lee's scientific background of physics that brings fun and uniqueness to the traditional teaching of internal art movement. You can't escape the gravity of physics.

Lee's interest in health and healing was born out of the traumas of war. In his own healings he's recognized the human need and necessity for the well-being of spirit, soul and body. Sharing his knowledge he helps people to experience and recognize an inner connected depth of dynamic energy to the nature of being human.

Heal a person's anger.....at ten paces!
